We organized the end of academic year ceremony at the University of Warsaw, Department of Arab and Islam Studies.
The main event utilized the historic setting of the Tyszkiewicz-Potocki Palace Ball Room.

The invited guests included the members of scientific association, students and lecturers of Department of Arab and Islam Studies. The dean authorities of Department of Oriental Studies and the delegation from all Arabic countries in Warsaw gave speeches.

Our company was responsible for organizations of this event including catering, waiting services and logistics along with the cooperation with the scientific association.

  The Banquet for the Polish Association of Doctors

  AG Event was responsible for organizing the banquet for 120 doctors. We rented a big room in a historical setting in the Old Town city in Warsaw. We provided catering for special commission with music band and butler services.
